Costs
Cost on application.
At Sodwana Bay all dives are costed depending on which reef you dive. The cheapest dives are those done on the closest reefs to the launch point (2 Mile Reef) with the dives on the further out reefs (5, 7 & 9 Mile Reefs) being the more expensive dives. This is due to the time and fuel used to get to the far out reefs. At Sodwana the furthest reefs are the most beautiful, most pristine and have the most fish life and, being further out, are less dived upon. We don't believe you've seen Sodwana until you've dived either 7 Mile Reef or 9 Mile Reef and as a result we cost the first dive of the day at one the far reef prices, either 7 or 9 Mile with the second dive being costed on the nearby "house" reef which is 2 Mile Reef. This as opposed to costing all the dives on the "house" reef, 2 Mile Reef, and having to get the diver to pay a surcharge should they wish to dive the more pristine 5, 7 or 9 Mile Reefs. This way you don't have any unpleasant surprises.
