2008: The Great White Encounter at Gansbaai

This is for the Great White enthusiast and we suggest at least 4 full days cage diving with Great White’s.

 Itinerary

Day 01.
2008 thru to October 31.
Arrive Cape TownInternationalAirport, own arrangements. On arrival you will be met by Dive The Big 5 for the two hour road transfer to Gansbaai. This transfer takes you through some spectacular mountain passes and onto Gansbaai. Rest of the day free.Overnight at Saxon Lodge on a bed and breakfast basis. www.saxonlodge.com

Day 02.
2008 thru to October 31.
After an early breakfast you will be collected from Saxon Lodge for 5 hours spent at sea cage diving with the Great White's of Gansbaai, weather permitting. On return to harbour you will have the rest of the day free to explore the White Shark capital of the world, Gansbaai. Overnight at Saxon Lodge on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 03.
2008 thru to October 31:

Another 5 hours at sea cage diving with the Great White's weather permitting. Rest of the day free. Overnight at Saxon Lodge on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 04.
2008 thru to October 31:
5 hours at sea cage diving with the Great Whites of Gansbaai, weather permitting. Rest of the day free. Overnight at Saxon Lodge on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 05.
2008 thru to October 31:
Your last 5 hours spent in the company of the Great White Shark's. After the days cage diving you will return to Saxon Lodge where you will collect your bags for the return transfer back to Cape Town International Airport where you will connect with your return flight home, own arrangements.

 Cost based on 2 people travelling

ZAR 7 740 net, per person sharing.
Single supplement. ZAR 420 net per single accommodation.
Non-diver prices available on request.

The above cost includes; all accommodation on a shared basis; meals as specified; all dives as indicated; full equipment hire when cage diving with the Great Whites; all indicated transfers; services of a local dive master to lead all dives; DAN emergency divers insurance; 14% VAT.
